Q: What is a featured winery? A: Every month, we partner with a different winery to feature them in our flights’ tastings, wine-pairing dinners, and special events.
Q: How often do you receive wine? A: Monthly.
Q: Can I choose my wine? A: No. There is one exception, but it applies only to the Luxury membership level. We think of it as an unadvertised perk. Luxury Members may opt to substitute 2 Reserve Member shipments in , or 4 Estate Member shipments lieu of their one Luxury shipment. To do so, let us know in advance.
Q: Can I trade in my wine if I get one I know I wouldn’t like? A: No.
Q: Would I ever get a non-featured winery’s wine in my shipment? A: It’ll be very rare, but it could happen under certain circumstances.
Q: Q: May I have someone else to pick up my wine for me? A: Yes, but you must give us advance notice and with contact details of your proxy, and they must be at least 21 years old.
Q: What happens if I cannot pick up my wine?
We offer two pick up days for each shipment to make it as convenient as possible without overwhelming our limited space. We simply do not have any storage capability. You can pick up your wine any day on or between those two pick up days, essentially giving you a full week’s period as your pick up window. If you think you may not be in town for that shipment’s pick up, simply go to your membership account and select “skip” or “pause” in advance.

If you do not pick up your shipment within the allotted period of time, and have not elected to pause or skip that shipment, then you forfeit that shipment.
