Long, warm, sunny days provide the perfect ripening conditions to create tropical notes, while Coastal influences offer cool ocean breezes, preserving natural freshness and acidity. Specially crafted to offer an everyday crowd-pleasing wine, that is highly accessible, with a signature profile that is distinctly Chateau St. Jean.

The grapes for this distinct Chardonnay were harvested in the cool morning hours to preserve freshness and acidity, then fermented on predominantly French oak with a small portion of American oak. Traditional winemaking techniques lead the way, including aging on the lees to impart a silky, weighty texture, also aided by allowing most of the Chardonnay lots to undergo malolactic fermentation before final blending, showcasing an elegant and bright wine that is a great representation of the personality of our California vineyards.
