Tasting Notes: Quintessential Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics, with a rich, round mouthfeel and concentrated red and black fruits, soft, supple tannins, and a juicy, joyful finish. Only 75 cases produced.
Winemaker Notes: Avery Rose Vineyards is now entering its fourth vintage of production, but this is a project that has been years in the making. Winemaker/vintner Scott Beeber spent the last 18 years in California working his way through the producers of Napa thinking about how he could renew his family legacy and put his own unique stamp on winemaking. With that, Scott and his wife Jody started Avery Rose. The mission was simple: find the best fruit to produce the best single vineyard wines.
Varietal Composition: Blend: 96.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot, 1% Malbec, 0.5% Petit Verdot
